Sean Perkins is a Director of Executive Search at Gilmore Partners and has worked in Business Development, Account Management, and Stakeholder Relations his entire career. His prior experience includes working for a national recruitment firm, and a research institute, as well as time spent on Parliament Hill in our nation’s capital.

Sean is responsible for managing his own clients, sourcing for Management and Executive positions, and managing a team of specialized and tenured recruiters. His clients range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His areas of focus include but are not limited to Legal, Finance, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations.

Sean’s passion for executive search is derived from making sure his clients and candidates needs are met. Sean finds fulfillment in helping clients and candidates find their best overall employer-employee matches. Sean is a former competitive two-sport athlete (hockey/golf). When not at work, Sean can be found playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
